PUNCHES

SUMMER PUNCH
3 Bottles Dry White Wine
1 1/2 cups Crème de Cassis
2 Oranges
1 Pint Strawberries       
Combine wine and cassis in a punch bowl.  Slice oranges and strawberries thinly and add to bowl. Chill with large block of ice or ice ring.

CLARET CUP PUNCH
1 liter Club Soda          
1/2 cup Cointreau®
1/2 cup Crème de Cassis
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
2 Bottles Red Wine
1/4 cup Simple Syrup
1/4 cup Port               
Combine all ingredients except club soda in a large punch bowl. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to be served, add the club soda and garnish with thin slices of orange and lemon.
